We are taking over the spirits aisle at two North Bay for an exclusive tasting of our World Vodka Awards' Best of the USA North Grove Vodka.

Handcrafted by our family in the Sierra Nevada mountains and distilled using upcycled California red wine grapes, our vodka is exceptionally smooth and perfect for your summer cocktails. Come meet our female founder, sample a pour, and grab a bottle for your weekend gatherings.

To kick off Memorial Day weekend, our Spiked Slushies are now on our cocktail menu for the duration of the summer ☀️And we promise they'll make you feel like a kid again... only better!

If you haven't indulged in one of our warm weather treats, drop into our tasting lounge every Thur-Sat 12-6 and Sun 12-5. Choose from a tasting flight, cocktail flight, spring libation, or spiked slushy.

No reservations. Reminder: our tasting room is indoor only. By law, certified service dogs allowed indoors. 21+ only. By CA law, our patrons are limited to 1 cocktail or flight per day. We look forward to welcoming you into the Haus!

Orange poppies abound at this time of year in California. Their bright hue begs us for attention. Not unlike Anorak, our bottled nod to the rich tradition of Kräuterlikörs crafted in central Europe for centuries.

We start by distilling a fermentation that is in abundance near us- red wine. Then, we macerate our own blend of 23 herbs and botanicals- each one spending just the right amount of time soaking into the spirit. And finally, we age this goodness in solera casks- a process of fractional aging which allows the oldest and youngest components to marry together in the casks.

The result? A rich, sip-worthy digestif that happily plays in your post-meal ritual as well as it does in any number of cocktails that call for amaro (ex. bitter liqueurs).

Our Anorak is a distillery exclusive, not sold online or outside of our distillery. This is a bottle that will require you to enjoy yourself by visiting our distillery and the vast Sierra landscape beyond our doors. We open our distillery every Thur-Sat 12-6 and Sun 12-5. Drop in for a taste of Anorak and a bottle during your next visit!

What's our go-to bottle to bring on camping trips? It's got to be our Calaveras Cask Finish Bourbon Whiskey. Each small batch of this fan-favorite bourbon spends at least 3 years aging in new charred oak followed by up to a year finishing in local (to us) red wine casks.

Bottled at 92 Proof and non-chill filtered, the result is an easy-sipper around the campfire with toasted coconut, dried apricot, and graham cracker notes.

Though our family-operated distillery sees action 7 days a week, our tasting lounge crew welcomes guests every Thursday - Saturday from 12-6 and Sunday from 12-5. No reservations are taken; simply arrive at least 30 minutes prior to our posted closing time to enjoy a libation and see why our spirits win awards while our staff keeps people coming back.

Our tasting lounge sells assorted, non-perishable snacks for your enjoyment alongside N/A mocktails.
