🧠💻☎️Coaching for Caregivers focuses on your health and well-being. Caring for someone living with dementia can be meaningful and exhausting. If you are age 60 or over and live in our 14-county service area, we can help! Case management will provide a ONE-TIME payment on ONE utility bill of up to $800 - Water, Gas, Electric or Propane.

The bill must be in the client’s name or spouse’s name.
