And just like that, supply companies just had the following price increases:
Residential roofing products 5% - 10%
Commercial roofing products 5% - 10%
Siding and exterior cladding products 6% - 12%
Windows, doors and related products 5% - 10%
Rainware and gutter materials 10% - 15%
The good news is MyPro Construction utilizes software the communicates with insurance carriers to keep up with inflated pricing on material and labor. Hence, your out-of-pocket expense remains the same.
