This two story, 40 unit affordable housing complex will provide much needed housing in the area, and we are happy to be a part of it. ✨Exciting update from Willow Creek! ✨ Last month we started the build for Dream Quest Teen & Youth Center with their new community youth center! Dream Quest provides youth with healthy, vocational, educational and creative opportunities to imagine and build their dreams. This new center will help build community strength and sustainability and we are honored to be a part of this exciting project. Stay tuned for more project updates!

Pacific Builders was founded in 1979 and incorporated in California in 2006 by Nick and Tony Lucchesi. The company has enjoyed steady growth since its inception because of our strong commitment to our clients and to the communities we serve. Pacific Builders maintains its office in Arcata, California. While Humboldt County and the North Coast remain our focus, Pacific Builders has successfully completed projects throughout northern California and Oregon.
