St. Patrick's Day is coming, and you can learn how to make Dubai Bars and Bonbons.
Make your own version of this viral sensation, which is the perfect color for March. Dubai chocolate bars and Bonbons are filled with crispy shredded phyllo, creamy pistachio filling, and a touch of exotic flair. Fun to make, beautiful to serve, and even better to eat.
