OIL PULLING 2.0
Let’s take oil pulling to the next level, shall we?

Organic Double infused Coconut oil with fresh Ginger, Comfrey, and Clove buds. This is a potent oral health healer. Comfrey, also known as Knit bone contains high amounts of allantoin which promotes cellular & tissue repair, known to regrow receding gums and knit broken bones.
Virgin pressed coconut oil is key, containing all the healthful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antibacterial properties, not the fractionated depleted kind, stripped of all healthful properties. I’ve added cloves & clove essential oil which scavenges free radicals and helps freshen breath, plus fresh ginger and ginger essential oil that reduces inflammation of the gums, also bringing in antibacterial qualities. These 3 herbs make a power house of super infused goodness for oil pulling.
I grow the comfrey myself, planted over 15 years ago, I cut it fresh and immediately make this decoction in small batches with additional essential oils of ginger and clove. I pour my personal stash in candy molds and freeze them. You can even brush your teeth with this, harsh abrasives are not necessary, your tooth brush already does the scrubbing, though this is geared for gum health specifically. Coconut oil has also been known to whiten your teeth on its own. Half pint glass jars available.
****It is important to note that because I use fresh comfrey, more allantoin is present than in dried leaf. Allantoin is the compound in comfrey that regenerates cellular and tissue regrowth. This is magical for your receding gums. Because I use fresh comfrey, there's going to be some moisture, though I do go through painstaking double process to remove as much moisture as possible after decoction, it's important to store this in the fridge for short term use, in the freezer for longer term. Scoop as needed with a fork.
