We just got this in from our friend and competition BBQ customer, Garreth Price with Brothers Q BBQ Supply, and it’s one of the best rubs I’ve ever eaten. Last night we cooked cubed chicken from Arab Meat Market brushed it with Olive Oil, sprinkled liberally with Clucker Chicken Rub, sold at Arab Meat Market, and cooked it on the Green Egg.
