Octopus Organizing

To our family and friends, we wanted to reassure you that we will be fine during Milton. We are not in an evac zone and not near the coast so not affected by storm surge.
So we're hunkering down, have plenty of supplies and have friends staying with us that were evac'd so we have good company and help if needed. Worst case we lose power, hopefully not water restricted but we feel we'll be safe and weather it out.
And we'll be here to help put things back together after the storm. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers and well wishes, ❤️ Love you all!

I was recently asked about my "favorite organization method" - tough question as it so depends on organizing "what?" But here's my overall answer: Favorite organization method is a broad question, but I guess "just start" always works - For "reorg" of an existing area, I actually pick one room or one section or one cabinet and REMOVE ALL CONTENTS to one large staging area, sort, get rid of whatever I haven't used in ages, and then put back the rest in some orderly fashion - that's my goto method for just about everything. AND CONTAINERS, CONTAINERS, CONTAINERS - whether it's small boxes in a drawer or larger tubs for hard to reach back of cabinets, containers are the best way to keep stuff neat and organized. AND LABEL everything!!

What to do with all those lemons?? Make lemon ice cubes! I just squeezed juice, going to pour into ice cubes trays & freeze for fresh juice anytime!

What you can do when telemarketers violate Do Not Call list: Money Matters Probably like many of your readers, my telephone number is on the federal Do Not Call list. But, I am still bombarded with calls from businesses that I do not have a business relationship with. I think that I saw a commercial that said that a violator of the Do Not Call list can be sued for damages....
