Here is one of our recent medical device tubing manufacturer TI’s. This project included 20k sq ft of class 7 clean rooms with an additional 40k sq ft of mixed office and R&D space. These clean rooms are engineered to maintain a very low concentration of airborne particles. They keep the room isolated and controlled from contamination.

Pacific Cookie Company storefront refresh 🔨🙌🏻

Located in the heart of downtown, Pacific Cookie Company has been a local staple for over 30 years, so our team was incredibly excited to team up with to give their retail space on Pacific Ave a fresh new look.

Excited to share some photos of our most recent project at Venus Beachside in Rio Del Mar

A lot of work went into transforming this space from the old Cafe Rio, giving the restaurant an entirely new contemporary look and feel. The TI was a full gut, consisting of a new kitchen, dining room, bar, and bathrooms.

This was our second time working with the Venus team, and we are so proud of how everything came together. More pictures to come!
