Recycle That Stuff in Appleton, WI will be hosting an in-house Electronics and Appliances Recycling Event to help out with the tornado relief efforts. The event will be held from Monday, August 10th through Friday, August 14th from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Along with their usual electronics recycling services, they will be offering free recycling for one (1) free TV or monitor per person per day. To qualify for the free TV/monitor recycling, you MUST show proof of residency confirming that you live in a tornado affected area. Standard rates (prices in comments) will apply for any additional electronics, appliances, or any bulk items or for anyone outside of the affected area. Most small electronic items are free, just make sure to remove ALL batteries before recycling. For a list of items that you can recycle and their fees, go to their website at RecycleThatStuff.com.
