Supporting small business is what Rural Mutual Insurance Company does! As an avid bowler myself, I am proud to have had the opportunity to keep Generations Lanes Eldorado covered! We were able to save the business $1000 all while doubling their coverage limits! This is money that they can invest back into their business, employees or even a new bowling ball!
Make sure to head on down to the alley as they have some great food and lovely people! They are also one of the few alleys left that have wood lanes! Local spots like this are a big part of the community, and it’s always rewarding to be part of that.
Wishing Generation Lanes continued success — and plenty of strikes ahead. 🎳

Recent storms across Wisconsin have brought heavy rain, flooding, and hail — a reminder of how quickly weather can impact homes and vehicles.
One thing many homeowners don’t realize is that not all water damage is treated the same. Flooding from rising water is typically not covered under a standard homeowners policy, which is why having the right protection in place matters.
For those looking for added peace of mind, options like flood coverage through Rural Mutual Insurance can help fill that gap and better protect your home when the unexpected happens.

As winter gives way to spring here in Wisconsin, we trade snow for rain — and with that comes a different kind of risk.
Between melting snow and steady rainfall, this time of year has a way of exposing water issues many homeowners didn’t realize they had. What surprises most people isn’t the damage itself — it’s how differently insurance policies treat various types of water.
Not all water claims are handled the same, and the way it enters your home matters more than most think. With recent flooding discussions making headlines in parts of the state, it’s a good reminder that understanding your coverage before the heavy rain hits can make all the difference.

Spring storm season is right around the corner in Wisconsin — and wind and hail claims are some of the most common (and costly) homeowners losses each year.
Before the next round of severe weather hits, it’s worth understanding how your policy handles roof damage, wind deductibles, water intrusion, and building code upgrades. Small details in coverage can make a big difference after a storm.
A little preparation now can mean a lot more clarity later.
