Join Mackenzie for a guided group chakra calibration designed to help you reconnect with your body, clear stagnant energy, and gently realign your energetic system in a grounded and supported space.
This 90-minute experience will begin with a guided meditation to help everyone settle into their bodies and feel comfortable in their energy. From there, Mackenzie will guide the group through each chakra, utilizing energy healing, body mapping, intuitive channeling, and light language to assist with recalibration and energetic alignment.
Throughout the session we may also work with:
✨ clearing cords and attachments that no longer belong
✨ calling your energy back into your body
✨ reinforcing and strengthening your grounding cord
✨ creating more balance and energetic flow through the chakra system
Light language will be explained at the beginning of class for anyone newer to the experience.
Light language is often experienced as a universal energetic language expressed through sound, remembrance, channeling, and soul connection. It can feel emotional, activating, grounding, deeply healing, or all of the above. It is often used to support recalibration, remove stagnant energy, release trauma or emotional buildup, and reconnect someone to their own natural energetic rhythm.
Because every group brings its own energy, different frequencies and dialects may come through depending on who is present. This often creates a beautifully unique group experience, with energetic support tailored to the people in the room.
Participants are welcome to simply receive and relax, or to actively participate in clearing and recalibrating their own chakras if they feel called. If light language begins moving through you during the session, that is welcome too.
There will also be time at the end to share any visuals, sensations, or experiences from the meditation and calibration.

Today's the day!!

How I really feel about Ozzy Osbourne, Freddie Mercury, and Prince crashing my group hypnosis
If I hadn't listened to the persistent knocking that these three deceased celebrities kept giving me, I wouldn't have been able to have this experience. I would have closed myself off. I wouldn't have been open to all the possibilities.
Sometimes (I'm guilty of this), we have beings that come through to us that we don't believe is actually happening. But that's the trap, that's the gimmick. When you don't believe, you stay stagnant. You dim. Your gifts don't evolve.
