The aftermath reflection post Ancestral Temple ❤️
Tonight's group hypnosis "The Ancestral Temple" was such a beautiful experience!
Each of us were able to experience something new.
And while not all of us were able to get direct messages, there was so much healing that occurred.
We connected our energies to each other, to the ancestors, to our higher selves, and to the Earth. This allowed for program sharing, code sharing, communal healing, and becoming a bigger conduit for each of us overall.
Thank you to those who came out tonight, this was a very special experience, as it was the first group hypnosis I was able to provide in my new office!
I am ABSOLUTELY planning to do more of these! Not just for the ancestral Temple, but for other forms of group hypnosis and group energy healings ❤️
This fall has been a hectic start with all that I have been continuing to work through with the tornado aftermath, but I am learning how to take my time, be okay with not being exactly where I want to be, and allowing myself to stay more grounded and centered.
I love you all!

1. The child cannot escape what is happening.
They cannot overpower the adult, change the home, stop the violence, or make the emotional chaos disappear. Their body remains in the experience because there is nowhere else for it to go. When physical escape becomes impossible, the psyche begins searching for another way to create distance.
