Have your cake and eat it too! Heading into college in 2008, I started at the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State.
I began my studies in the Culinary Arts program and I was on my way to becoming a culinarian chef. In 2010, I had a change of heart and decided I really wanted to focus more on baking and decorating cakes and pastries. Mom: I need first birthday cookies with a berry first theme but also red, white and blue because her birthday is July 5th! Me: I low key like what Chat GPT designed! This was a unique theme that I really enjoyed doing!

I love making confetti cakes. One thing I do differently is instead of the rainbow jimmie sprinkles I will do colors from the theme the cake is. Just a small personal touch that I think makes a big difference!
