π Meal Train Support for Deacon Don & Joan π
Deacon Don and Joan have been a loving and faithful part of the St. Thomas More community for many years. They have shared their care and kindness with so many, and now we have the opportunity to support them.
A Meal Train has been created to provide meals for them during this time. Meals that are diabetic-friendly (lower carb, low sodium, and lower sugar) with protein and vegetables are appreciated. They enjoy meals such as casseroles, soups, crockpot meals, salads, and breakfast casseroles. Deacon Don also loves baked beans and chocolate chip cookies! π
While healthier options are appreciated, they can enjoy a special treat or splurge occasionally in moderation. β€οΈ

In celebration of the Fourth of July holiday, the Parish Office will be closed on Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday as we celebrate our nation's independence. The office will reopen during normal business hours following the holiday. God bless, and have a wonderful Fourth of July!

β Say Hello Before You Go β Volunteers Needed!
Our parish coffee & fellowship time after Mass continues to grow, thanks to the wonderful community at St. Thomas More. Over the past six months, weβve seen more people staying, connecting, and building friendships.
We currently gather on the second weekend of each month after Massβbut to keep this going, we need help from our parish family.
Would you or your family consider supporting this ministry? Volunteers are needed to help with setup, serving coffee, putting out snacks, welcoming parishioners, and cleanup.
βοΈ Summer is almost hereβ¦ and with it comes so many little moments that bring joy β cookouts, vacations, bonfires, walks, time with family and friends, and simply slowing down a bit.
This weekendβs Gospel reminds us that true joy is found when we stay connected to God and share His love with others. π
So hereβs a fun question for everyone:
π» What is ONE thing you are looking forward to this summer that brings you joy?
Maybe itβs:
π Family gatherings
π Camping trips
π Days at the lake
πΊ Gardening
π² Evening bike rides
π More time to rest and reconnect with God
Share below! Letβs spread some summer joy and gratitude together. βοΈ
