101 Reasons for Airway Dentistry

Reason #9: Deviated Septum

Deviated septums are often found in people with narrow faces because the top of their mouths are pushed upward and the septum gets scrunched. Airway problems can be found here. With expansion, the palate can flatten and the septum can straighten out.

TGFSS! (Thank God For Soup Season)
Next time you have your favorite hot soup, remember how nutrient packed it can be!
Bone broth isn’t just a cozy winter sip, it’s a nutrient rich powerhouse. Slowly simmered bones release collagen, amino acids, and minerals that support gut health, joint comfort, and glowing winter skin. The warm liquid also helps with hydration and can be soothing when appetites are low or digestion feels sluggish. Think of bone broth as comfort food that quietly supports your body from the inside out!

Tis the season for snowy days and warm blankets!

You might even be tempted to reach for your favorite winter scented candle to pair with a totally predictable Hallmark Christmas movie. (No judgement over here 😉).
But think twice this season about what you are actually inhaling aside from a festive scent.

Try this, instead of a toxin filled candle, opt for a simmer pot on the stove. Boil water and add some orange peels, cranberries, and a couple cinnamon sticks. This natural alternative will give off a pleasant scent and eliminate the risk of harming your body!

101 Reasons for Airway Dentistry:

Reason #6

Low cheek bones
Properly developed jaws create high cheek bones forming healthy nasal passages and plenty of room for the teeth. Low cheek bones are associated with narrow jaws, narrow noses and compromised airways.
