Last night, we had the honor of celebrating two wonderful individuals who have been pillars of Strategies’ 35 years in business.

For nearly 31 of those years, Fee Blackburn's English accent has been the familiar voice for our clients, friends, and vendors. From answering the phone and coordinating production to keeping her salespeople in line or sneaking chocolate at her desk, Fee has been a steady, constant presence for everyone who knows her. We will miss her in the office every day, but we are so excited for her to enjoy a well-earned retirement! 🍫

We also want to thank Karin Grohman for her 21 years of representing Strategies with such grace. Karin is a true professional who has always shown kindness to everyone around her. She will be dearly missed, but we wish her a retirement filled with grandkids, travel, and lots of warm weather! ✈️☀️

We are so blessed to have employees-turned-family who have helped make Strategies the place it is today. God’s blessings on your next chapters, ladies!

Blink and a week goes by! Time flies when you're having fun!

Last Friday we had the chance to get together as a company at at Trolley Square to celebrate the accomplishments of our hard-working staff in 2024. Congratulations to everyone who was recognized and thank you all for your committed service to Strategies and our clients!

Special shoutouts also to our customers who make this all possible and our server last Friday night, Kerry, who did a phenomenal job!

What a blast our Strategies team had this past week being part of events for two amazing clients, Miron Construction Co., Inc. and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. David and Dalton had a ton of fun producing 250 customized hats at the Lambeau Field Atrium for the 'Miron Summit 2025' event and Erin and Doug helped nearly 350 real estate agents finalize this year's free gift option at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group's 'Empower' event in Chicago.

Between the two events, we had the opportunity to see a lot of familiar (and new) faces and loved being able to help our clients show their sincere appreciation towards their hard-working employees.
