Today is Friday the 13th which means it's Eroding Winds Record Shop first day open at 310 W College Ave. 💙
Less than a month ago, we gave Adam the keys and watching the space come back to life so quickly has been really special.
We know the building and Buddha are happiest when it’s full of music, stories, treasures, and people, and once again, it’s exactly that.

We have lots of furniture, office supplies, display items and more available! 💙

We're not done yet! ✨ We've been busy cleaning out the building and getting it ready for Eroding Winds Record Shop to move in but we still have lots of furniture, cases & display items available for sale! So we figured we would have a last day 2.0 on Saturday 1/10 from 10am-5pm. Our doors will be unlocked so you can come in and check out everything we still have available. We can accept cash, card or venmo and we ask that you bring help if you plan on purchasing larger items that need to be loaded into a vehicle.

Visit our website and click on the "Cases, Furniture and Displays" tab to see a preview of what we will have available. Please note that we will not have any jewelry or stones available. If you don't want to wait until Saturday there is an option to make an appointment online to come in earlier.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been three weeks since our last day in business. The outpouring of love we experienced during our final months was truly phenomenal 💙 So many of you came by to share memories, give hugs, make a final purchase, and give well wishes, and we are endlessly grateful.

One of our longtime customers, MJ, was determined to be our very last official customer. We made sure to keep that final dollar from her and get it signed 😉 A moment we’ll cherish forever.

We have read every comment and message, and we hope you’ll forgive us for not responding to everyone individually just yet. Please know they mean the world to us, and we fully intend to reply once the dust settles ✨

As we prepare the building for its next journey, we’re taking time to reflect with deep gratitude on all the wonderful memories and experiences shared within these walls. It's not easy to figure out what to say on the last day of a 38 year legacy... Thankfully some beautiful words came to us in the mail from one of our oldest and most cherished of friends, Deb. We thought we would share them today, our last day in business 💙

Dearest Deb, Nate, Danni & Scott -
From the first visit when a leather cord was returned to you - Windows of Light was something special. In no time she was yours.... A Phoenix Rising... Angels Forever was born. You moved & expanded & expanded some more creating a niche, a place like no other. A very unique mom & pop shop while raising two incredible human beings. You took care of people, you learned your stuff, took road trips to gather treasures and stories of fascinating people. Palms were read, aura photos taken, celebrated Appleton events, created magical window displays, employed people with passions & had some creative holiday parties with them to celebrate. There were the best billboards ever and then a golden Buddha on your store. Nate - an auctioneer, Deb a wise stone goddess & then Danni joining the team whipping together social media posts and adding her own very special touch.

From the beginning it's been a pleasure to watch it grow and have it be part of all our lives. Well done my friends... Well done. What a special place, special era indeed. Here's to stepping into the next adventure. And the store sounds like it's in good hands & energy with Buddha intact and music filling the space - another form of spiritual healing awaits.
