We donated a print to Björklunden - location and inspiration for this drawing. The original is larger. The Giclee print of this sepia colored pencil illustration hangs in the landing as you head towards room #20.

During their lockdown era, we spent a few days and nights in the stabbur on the Bjorklunden property. The drawing encapsulates the gentle joy and wonder of our stay.

The Lawrence University study center is located just south of Baileys Harbor in Wisconsin’s Door County …

Well, I’ve hit the big time - or at least the very ‘good’ time. My plein air painting of Jacobs Meat Market now hangs in the store! The quaint, neighborhood market - owned and operated by my former student, Luke Jacobs - is a well known and much loved Appleton landmark.

Luke is selling souvenir cards, postcards (and even magnets for your grocery lists) of this watercolor painting as well …

I shared a print with the school I attended for their K-12 art show today. Very happy!
