Let’s GO!! We are offering a Holiday Train & Play opportunity to enhance your skills, learn new ones AND play against some good competition. Spots are limited to 12 athletes per session. Sign ups coming soon, but get ready! DM me to sign up early.
3 days (28th, 29th, 30th)
Grades 5th/6th from 8am-10am
Grades 7th/8th Girls from 10am-12pm
Grades 7th/8th Boys from 12pm-2pm
That’s right. You can now sign up for a monthly Skill Lab Membership. The membership allows you access to the Skill Lab including all the training tools in it...especially the new advanced Dr. Dish Shooting Machine!! You’ll get access once a day to get some hard, focused work in for an hour.
The Skill Lab has lots of availability throughout the day and you’ll get access to a calendar to find a spot for your workout.

The Sunday Night Runs are being postponed. We’ll be coming out with a new opportunity in April. Thanks for everyone who’s been participating in them, we’ve loved seeing the Skill Lab with so much energy and competition.

A brief overview of what we are here to do...
Katie runs a phenomenal Skill Work session on Sundays for 8-12 year olds. She also provides a gentle and inviting Mindfulness session which focuses on building self regulating tools and compassionate connections. ✨
Drew runs amazing individual/small group sessions with athletes of all ages focusing on specific areas customized for each athlete!
