Our organization always appreciates the generosity and involvement of our community, with every contribution going towards making P.S.B.H. an even better Non-Profit Organization than it already is. We are committed to serving the aging population of the High Desert that, for the most part, is still independent but isolated. The resources we provide can sometimes be limited, but we work hard and get help with small donations from members of our community. We want to be able to extend our services, but we need more funding to affect our day-to-day work. This funding will help our organization support the older population of the High Desert, and we also need to expand our staff capacity. Senior citizens in these communities can be isolated and left to fend for themselves. Although many resources are available to them, many live in rural areas of the High Desert and have yet to learn what programs they qualify for, and that's why outreach is so important.
