WISPRENN provides small towns, rural areas, and growing communities with high speed internet.
Our service does not require a phone line nor does it use a satellite to function. By using the latest technology we are able to exceed dial up and Satellite speeds and provide them at a low cost to you. We own and operate our own transmitter towers which broadcast a high speed internet signal to you, directly from secure land lines - not satellite. This means the service is not affected by weather, is rock-solid reliable, secure, and always fast.
We are currently experiencing a network outage effecting some clients in the Lucerne Valley area. We are investigating and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
There is currently a very large scale outage effecting both internet and cell phone service effecting most of the Victor Valley area, including Victorville, Phelan, Pinon Hills, El Mirage, and parts of both Apple Valley and Hesperia.
WISPRENN clients in these areas are also currently experiencing a loss of connection. We are working with our provider to try and restore service as soon as possible.
Starting January 1st, 2023, our phone support hours will be changing to 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
We have resolved the outage that was effecting clients connections this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience but are happy to report the issue is resolved and clients should be back up and running.
We are currently experiencing an outage with our phone systems. Clients will be given a fast busy signal when calling. At this time, our network and internet service are not affected. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
We are investigating reports of some clients being unable to connect. At this time, not all clients are effected, but all areas seem to be impacted.
Technicians are investigating and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

We recently experienced a brief outage due to equipment lock up. Lasted no more than 5 minutes and is now resolved.
