Took the Brightline (amazing by the way) to chat with a client in person. No matter how digital the promo products industry gets, nothing beats the human conversation.
When was the last time you visited a client in person?
We threw an event and sent everyone home with a something special!
The follow-up email wasn't needed since we made the moment happen at the door.
That's the part a lot of event budgets forget: the takeaway.
People remember what they held, wore, or laughed at on the way out, so take advantage of the physical moments more often!

Stax came to us with a brief and a brand that had real personality. The goal was a welcome kit that felt like their brand, not just a box of logo'd merch.
