You must have been confused with yesterday's photoshoot, as we never did anything similar to a family portrait before. But we have a special occasion to celebrate — you are turning 10 years old today!

Although you were born on a cold, snowy day, you have always been our sunshine, even on the darkest days. You are always there when we need a buddy to cuddle with and watch K-dramas. You are more than happy to join us for a daytime nap. You seem so excited about playing with our slippers in the kitchen while we prepare something delicious for you.

Time flies so fast, but the only thing that has changed about you since you were a kitten is this tiny bit of gray hair on your whiskers.

Can't wait to make another portrait with you next year!

Long time no post… After a long pause, my sister and I took over the cattery and have been preparing to re-start the breeding here, in Florida, for the past 17 months. We have everything prepared and even scheduled the first announcement for today. But instead, I am writing this post I hoped I would never have to write.

In 2014 Putin annexed Crimea and occupied Donbas. We left Donetsk. He took our home.

In 2022 Putin wants to take our country. But we, Ukrainians, won’t let him do this!

Thank you to all of you for getting in touch with us and asking if we are safe.
Yes, we are safe. We are in Apopka FL where my family reunited last November after spending the last couple of years apart. All our cats are here with us.

Heavy snowfall turned everything around into a real winter fairy tale. And each winter fairy tale is obliged to have its own snow queen.

Scottish Fold Champion-cat Paula became the snow queen this time. She perfectly played her role! Paula was not afraid of the snow, she was actively checking the drifts around her.

It's hard not to mention that the color of Paula (chocolate silver tabby point) with blue eyes and a snow-covered park perfectly match. Isn’t it? ❤
