The leadership torch again has passed. Two years ago and .reams passed on the leadership torch to and .j and they passed on the leadership torch to .lucas last night. So proud of these men. Pure, brutally honest and transparent conversations take place every time we meet. It’s sacred and Gods presence in these moments marks us for eternity.

Last Big Little of the school year. Such a treasured time of growing in Christ together and praying over each other. Our senior girls received a beautiful send off. Thank you and and the rest of our young adult ladies for your incredible leadership and the sacrifice of your time to pour into these girls.

Last night a generation showed up on a random Monday night to seek God with their whole heart. What was experienced last night is rare. High School kids are hungry. Don’t hinder their hunger. This verse in scripture is the only way to explain what happened last night.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

First time without the seniors. This group of men will continue to carry the flame. Tough conversations last night will lead to men of honor, character, men of God!

An ember has become a fire in the hearts of these young men. Accountability, confession, transparency, transformation, that has turned into conviction is all in the DNA of a disciple. If you’re interested in joining the journey, talk to anybody in this picture.

These men are charging after God with their whole heart. Some of the deepest questions of faith brought on by sorrow, pain, and loss, they are running after the almighty regardless.

Men’s and Women’s group met last night. Hungry for Gods presence, challenged to be consumed with His word. Living the gospel and bringing others along the journey is no easy task. So proud of this group. Prayed an anointing of Gods spirit to go with one of our college men’s group leaders to Colombia for the next couple months. Join us in praying for .lucas and that God will use him in a mighty way.

Just 2 weeks ago, how are you doing? Your commitment to God, to each other, How are you doing? Have you gone back to life as usual? This was a sacred moment in time. It is not a one time stop and get your feels in. Faith in the fire is in the mundane, it is in the comfort and spiritual slumber, it is in the grief and the loss. God is calling you to be purified and holy. Go back and review your commitments. Meet with your accountability partner or small group leader. Praying for you all.
