It's common (but not necessarily "normal") to experience various aches and pains during pregnancy. Ever wonder why this is so? Come join me at Haven Women's Health and Birth Center to learn more about Your Pregnant Body and things you and your birth partner can do to help you have a more comfortable pregnancy and prepare for a physiological birth. These hands-on workshops are offered monthly (next workshop Saturday December 7th 1:00-5:30pm). An ideal time to attend is as soon as you are 20 weeks pregnant. Haven birthing couples can attend at no charge. $150 for non-Haven birthing couples (DM me to purchase your ticket)

Pregnant? Or know someone who is? Interested in learning a self abdominal massage to help your body be more comfy and more balanced and more prepared for a physiological birth? EXACTLY WHAT IS A PHYSIOLOGICAL BIRTH and WHY IS BODY BALANCE SUCH A THING DURING PREGNANCY? This 1/2 day Saturday afternoon class being offered once a month at Haven Women's Health and Birth Center for birthing couples is not your typical childbirth education class and is not intended to be a substitute for such. Rather, it is a complement to childbirth education and will offer the birthing couple additional information and techniques to assess, manage, and address pregnant body balance. Next class is July 13th and you can purchase your ticket here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/873696669257?aff=oddtdtcreator

Considering IVF? Become informed. Nowhere is the public health argument more compelling than when it comes to preterm birth. The U.S. average preterm birth rate, an issue of major national concern, is 10.4%, with an estimated average cost per case of $50,000+. IVF preterm birth rates are nearly double that average (19.7%).
