What have you been up to? Me? I have been starting over. It has been a tough 2 years for my body....Grave's Disease Diagnosis, a Thyroidectomy, two injuries, and sprinkle in Menopause, LOL! Oh and I turned 50 a few weeks ago! It was a hard choice, but my body was not cooperating and so I pushed the pause button on my normal workout program.
