One of our New Customers property post aeration. When aerated at the right time of year, the results are outstanding! To early, seedlings burn up, to late they don't germinate. Mid September to the end of October is perfect!!

We are currently cutting lawns shorter, Aerating, over seeding and fertilizing. This lawn all set to go for the fall/winter months!!!
