The stainless steel cutter is equipped with the original AdHoc PreciseCut® patent … a special cutting mechanism for the optimal cutting (not grinding) of dried herbs and spices. This patented mechanism allows for the release of individual aromas and flavors from essential oils.

For Good Friday, our salmon has a topping of capers, olives, panko and Mediterranean herbs. Sooooo delicious!

You can quickly prepare the pesto with our CAMO mortar. Particularly practical if you only want to prepare a smaller portion.
