Running a small business means a lot of long days, late nights, and missed moments. Today I'm feeling especially grateful. 🥰

For the first time in a long time, I have an amazing crew of Spud-Tenders and Spud-Slingers holding down the fort, giving me the opportunity to spend some much-needed time with family. Moments like these remind me why all the hard work is worth it. 🥔

Meeting our amazing customers? Absolutely.
Building a great team? Of course.
Watching this little potato dream grow? 100%.

But if I'm being honest... my favorite part is eating the food! 😋

Today's victim was the Wild West Baker — loaded up and ready to ride. Between the BBQ, bacon, cheese, and all the fixin's, this spud is officially wanted for stealing hearts (and appetites).

Quality control is a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it. 🤠🍴
