Perfection Done Right

Making these rocking chairs usable again! Nice matching to the front door for this porch. Always sand, prime and then paint... 2 coats primer and 2 coats of the good paint!

Installed a 4 foot vinyl privacy fence. The 5x5 posts are in 24 inches of concrete. Removed all the excess dirt and finished with pea gravel.

New trim, New light fixtures, 10 year paint. New front door combo with storm door.

Cabins 4 through 6 are now 90% demo.

Cabins 1 through 3 are 90% demo. The remaining corners will be removed after foundations and cabins set level. Cabins 4 through 6 will be finished tomorrow.

All cabins are now raised 24+ inches. All windows and doors removed.

4 cabins raised 24 or more inches in 2 days. I am meeting with a high pressure/vacuum excavating company in the morning. Need 9 holes per cabin...3 feet deep and 2 feet square for the foundations that I'm pouring. They can do it in 2 days and it'll take me weeks to hand dig. Fingers crossed that they have a good price.
Windows and doors have arrived.

All of these are getting completely remodeled... inside and out starting with raising 2 feet and pouring concrete foundations.

Raised this cabin 24 inches.

This cabin is complete. 6 more to go.

The cabin is finished inside. 10 weeks start to finish. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a great room with a cabinet sink and microwave.
Starting the outside paint next after pressure washing tomorrow.

My Colorado project repainting the roof on all the buildings is finished.
