At Good Shepherd, our mission is twofold: to rescue, restore, and find forever homes and/or sanctuary for equines in need, and to offer transformative equine-assisted programs for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Established in 2011 as a horse rescue initiative, we operate as a 501c3 charitable organization, driven by compassion and dedication to the well-being of both humans and horses.

It is with a heavy heart that we share this news. We have made the difficult decision to let our beloved Lindo cross the rainbow bridge. He was a truly special soul, and his presence brought so much joy to all who knew him. We will miss him deeply, every single day.
