San Diego let's go!

It was a bittersweet trip, I've only been gone about a month and a half. But this has been my home for 10 years.

I just want to say thank you to all the people I love, in SD and my family here in AZ, and I am super grateful. Blessed.
Between beach time, music time, hanging out with friends and kiddos... my heart feels full. And Nick Mulvey in LA. That made my whole heart sooooo happy. I love you friends and fam, until next time 😊🤟🏽✨️

I'm moving to my hometown in AZ on Friday, and if you want to see me and say "see ya later" I'll be hosting open mic night Wednesday!

We're going to start early this time for this special occasion, my last hosting night. Instead of 6 pm, I'll be starting sign ups at 5 pm.

Luckily I won't be too far and will visit and do some guest hosting too hopefully and San Diego will always be here. I just want to say I love you all, and am grateful for the family I've made here.

I have 🚨 news 🚨

This first photo is the first one I took upon moving to San Diego, 10 years ago. I was STOKED.

I'm moving back to Arizona to be with family due to mental health and financial blah blah blah all the reasons, it is what is best right now for me.
We all need to take care of ourselves.

Yes, I am very sad. But I will be back. For my music community, for my friends, and people I call my family here. I leave very soon, so if you want to come see me, please do. I will be hosting one last big hoorah at open mic on Wednesday at Deft brewing. Pt.2 will be that post in a little bit.

Mostly I just want to say I am grateful for this life here and all of the people I've met and have been supportive, all the fun times, everything.
Thank you all so much. I love you and I hope well for everyone too and feel free to reach out to me too, to say hello and see ya later, or anything at all.

Well, here it is.

The truth that I am still grieving and not over this person. She was the love of my life. And yes, I am trying and beyond ready to just move past it and be myself again.
I found the love of my life dying, trying to save her.
Take that in.... finding the person you love, dying and trying to save them.

That is the ptsd I have not shared because it is nobody's to know but mine, and I'm sharing briefly so people understand and know you're not alone if you've gone through something similar.
