72 HOUR WATER FAST with chef Ricky! Watch the entire video. The first 24 hours were very difficult, I wanted to eat something so bad but I had to stay strong and focused on the goal. I’m now at 58 hours of having nothing at all but water and I feel amazing. My thoughts are a lot clearer, a lot of happy childhood memories are popping up, and I’ve got a lot of energy as well. Let me know if you have any questions about the 3 day water fast, I truly believe this can help everyone. I’ve got 12 hours to go to reach my 72 hour goal! I plan to break my fast with the “sunny mango” smoothie from Smoothie Connect which is just organic mangoes and apple juice. The purpose for this water fast is to have what I call a full body reset. After 16-24 hours of having only water your body goes into a stage called “Autophagy” where your body begins to clean and repair itself. Fasting is a great way for your body to reach Autophagy. Our bodies are usually to busy digesting food so it never enters Autophagy to repair itself, fasting gives your body the break it needs to reset and repair itself. ☀️🍓🫐🍌🥬🥭🥥🍎❤️
