' negative edge pool is stunning during the day and at night. The pool has 5 built-in stools at the swim-up bar, 5 built-in stools along the negative edge (perfect for sitting and watching the sunset and city lights), a 10'x14' baja shelf, and table so you can eat or play cards in the pool. The 5,000 SF covered and uncovered patio has several tables, plenty of chairs and seating areas, 4 Adirondack chairs, 4 lounge chairs, umbrellas, and several fire pits. The bar area has 2 fridges, ice maker, BBQ grill, side burner, pizza oven, green egg smoker and sink. All of this with amazing 1 of a kind views every direction you look!!! -You can hike right out the front door and be at the Jacob’s Crosscut trail in only 1/2 mile. Take a right to walk 2.5 miles through a cactus forest. Or, take a left and walk 1 mile to Siphon Draw, which is the trail that goes to the top of Flat Iron.
