Unfortunately we have some sad news to share. 💔
Dottie does not have any puppies. After further ultrasounds, we learned that she had actually absorbed some of the puppies after 30 days. At day 55 we were still able to see one puppy on ultrasound, but last night Dottie gave birth to a very tiny, lifeless puppy.

Dottie is doing well physically and is recovering, but we are heartbroken and emotionally exhausted. This was not the outcome we had hoped and prayed for. Breeding is not always rainbows and butterflies — there are hard and heartbreaking moments that come along with it too.

For now we are taking time to rest, recover, and process the sadness from last night. We appreciate everyone who has checked in on us and loved Dottie along the way. Please keep our sweet girl in your thoughts. ❤️

Tators first trip on the boat was a success, he loves the water! Lots of lake days to come with our little Tator tot 🥰

We got another reserved puppy on the list and it’s to a repeat family! We love that! Count down is on with about 8 days to go! Can’t wait to see what Dottie has! 😊🐶

I am not against rescuing.

I am against people that believe all breeders should stop breeding and die.

I am against them ONLY valuing rescue dogs.

I am against them wanting our ethical and responsible breeders put out of business so they can support ill intentioned breeder’s dogs.

I am against ill intentioned breeders continuing to produce puppies without health an temperament even being a consideration.

I am against ill intentioned breeders not giving a s**t what happens to their dogs if the owner can no longer keep them.

I am against people being shamed for buying responsibly.

This year I may have spoiled myself just a little… with sweet little Tater 🥔🐶 and honestly, he’s been the BEST little boy ever! Those puppy snuggles, tiny paws, and puppy eyes are hard to beat. 🥹✨

Now we can only hope all you ladies get spoiled by your boyfriends or husbands with a puppy this Mother’s Day too 😉💐
