Long time no talk! Life's gotten in the way and pushed our growing schedule back quite a bit. I'm really sorry for all the salads I wasn't able to be a part of the last few weeks, and for the weeks to come. 💔 I'll make sure to post when I have a better idea of when we'll be back at the market. HOWEVER, you can still head over to this Saturday for their Oktoberfest Celebration! Say hi to everyone for me! 🍻 PROST!

Hi y'all! Due to some health related stuff I'm not able to work in the greenhouse for a bit. Because of this our growing schedule and market trips are going to be delayed till further notice. Now we can partner with local schools to provide produce! 🙌 Working with schools was one of my major goals when I started growing so I'm really happy that we're able to take some steps in that direction. I've got LOTS of basil this time around! My market neighbors include the BEST homemade bread, fresh ground coffee, salsa, micro greens, and German strudel! And you can get your knives sharpened! (We do) Hope to see yall there! ⁣

Back at Ardovino's Desert Crossing this Saturday! Have a couple new greens we're trying out. We've got some new basil varieties and have added more Asian greens to the mix! See you there!

There seems to be two ways our greens like being stored best. Because most still have their roots they do really well in a bowl or jar of water sitting on your countertop. If you need longer term storage, I like to take them off the root and put them in a plastic bag or container in the fridge with a dry paper towel. They've lasted up to 2 weeks that way! ⁣

Every week at the Farmers Market I've asked how you've been storing them and the overall consensus has been that you eat them too fast to know. 😂 That's been the absolute best compliment! We'll be back tomorrow morning with Basil, Buttercrunch, Kale, Bok Choy, and Cilantro! Stay cool out there! ⁣

Late post! 😬 It's a $3 day for us Tomorrow at the Ardovino's Desert Crossing Farmers Market! No Sweet Genovese Basil but we'll have some Persian. Also we'll have a few test cilantro plants! (Super aggressive smelling if you're into that kind of thing, I'm not) See you tomorrow from 8am-1pm! 💙💚

We're at Ardovino's this morning! Today we have buttercrunch lettuce, collards, and bok choy! Here till 1! We'll be back next week too!
