The CMP is proud to announce an increase in scholarship opportunities for students involved in marksmanship. This year, we are offering up to $1 million in scholarships, with amounts ranging from $3,000 to $40,000 for students graduating in 2026. Our scholarship program evaluates merit, leadership, and marksmanship achievements. The application deadline is March 31, 2026. Discover more about eligibility and apply today.

Held at the CMP's Custom Shop in Anniston, Alabama, the courses are designed for those who wish to take their passion for the classic M1 Garand to the next level. The class offers students a unique opportunity to receive unparalleled training from our knowledgeable Custom Shop Staff while building their very own M1 Rifles.

Classes run from May-October (except for July) and includes both Individual Classes and Buddy Classes.
