Hi everyone! I’m Sylvia, a local mom of five and owner of Simply Prima, a personal chef service based right here in the Annapolis area.

For the past 12 years, my team and I have helped busy families enjoy fresh, customized meals without the stress of meal planning, shopping, and cooking. We work with families who are juggling careers, kids, food allergies, health concerns, aging parents, and all the demands of everyday life.

We provide in-home meal prep, special event services, family gatherings, vacation rental chef services, and retreats throughout the area. My favorite part of what I do is helping people create a little more time for themselves and their families.

Whether you ever need a personal chef or not, I’m happy to be a resource in this group. I love sharing meal ideas, gluten-free tips, allergy-friendly recipes, and practical ways to make weeknight dinners easier.
