At the beginning of May, Annapolis Opera had the great opportunity to perform at the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County's Annual Paint the Town Gala!

Our very own Administrative Assistant, Caroline Sykes, accompanied by collaborative pianist Rachel Flicker, wowed the crowd with their fantastic performance!

Join us in the Paca Garden as Annapolis Opera explores the many expressions of love in Opera! Featuring music by Gluck, Mozart, Verdi, and more, this program moves gracefully between sparkling comic moments and deeply felt lyricism. Through a blend of solos and duets, this musical journey unfolds in a celebration of connection, storytelling, and the joy of voices coming together in song.

Colleen’s relationship with us spans nearly 20 years, and the program she has curated for this concert reflects her deep history with the company. From starring in roles such as Musetta in "La bohème" and Violetta in "La traviata," to winning our 2007 Vocal Competition, Ms. Daly’s program is shaped by her experiences here at Annapolis Opera.

She will be joined by Artistic and Music Director Craig Kier, who will accompany her on piano.
