Aluminum rivets are best for light duty attachment. We'll be swapping this vang connection out with much stronger stainless steel.

If you're sailing a large cat, definitely check out your gullstriker. We've done a few of these replacements and the broken strands aren't always this easy to see.

Facnor lower bearing unit. The seal failed or went missing. Locked up the furler completely. If you're having issues furling your sail give us a call.

Refurbishing a boom for a trimaran. The outhaul shackle broke and jammed the internal purchase together. We replaced the lines and got the 6:1 working again. Also redesigned the layout to be serviced easier in the future.

Everything requires maintenance. This is a mechanical backstay adjuster that needed a serious overhaul. New bearings, seals, and grease.

Be carefully out there folks. Always have some sort of safe strap or line in place when going up the rig. This happened to me yesterday.
