For Brett, joining CyKor was about finding a team that shared his approach to solving problems. Eight months ago, he joined as a Solutions Architect after recognizing that CyKor's leadership intentionally builds teams around people who are committed to the mission and to each other.

Today, that mission comes to life through the customers he supports. One of Brett's most rewarding moments has been watching customers realize that CyKor isn't there simply to deliver technology, but to become a trusted partner invested in helping them accomplish their mission. Seeing that excitement and trust develop is what makes the work meaningful.

Brett approaches every challenge with a mindset that has guided him throughout his career: "Be the person in the room who is curious and offers solutions rather than roadblocks." He believes everyone can identify problems, but real progress comes from asking questions, collaborating, and helping move the mission forward.

That philosophy is reflected in the way he supports both customers and teammates. As Client Director Chris Dougherty shared, "Brett is the go-to technical backbone for our Navy accounts, turning complex mission needs into practical, secure, and scalable solutions that actually work underway and in the field." Chris added that Brett's customer-first mindset, technical expertise, and collaborative approach make him someone customers and teammates trust to solve complex challenges.

Outside of the technical work, Brett says CyKor has given him something just as valuable: the opportunity to feel proud of what he does and the role he plays in supporting customer missions.

Brett's curiosity, technical expertise, and commitment to helping others succeed make him an invaluable part of the CyKor team.
