๐ŸŽ‰ AIMEE IS IN THE 2500 CLASS CLUB AT FIT2LIVE! ๐ŸŽ‰

This is one of those milestones that is almost impossible to put into words.

2,500 classes.
2,500 workouts.
2,500 times choosing to show up with her 9am crew by her side.

Aimee has been a cornerstone of the Fit2Live community since joining us in 2013, and over the last 13+ years she has become one of the most beloved members in our gym.

If you've ever spent time in the 9am class, you know exactly why.

Aimee is positive, encouraging, fun, and the embodiment of the 9am motto:

"We Show Up."

Years ago, Aimee explained what those words meant to her:

"We show up to support each other, we show up to be healthy, and we show up to remind ourselves that our body and mind are strong enough to do really hard things, even when we don't want to."

That mindset is exactly how someone reaches 2,500 classes.

Not through perfection.
Not through motivation.

Through showing up, again and again and supporting those around her.

When Aimee first joined, she was nervous about fitting in and wondered if she would be strong enough or fast enough. Today, she is one of the people who makes others feel welcome the moment they walk through our doors.

Recently, Aimee shared what this milestone means to her:

"What started as showing up for a workout turned into finding my people. The kind of friends who keep me accountable, make me laugh, push me, and remind me of my strength in ways that go far beyond the physical."

That's what makes this milestone so special.

Yes, 2,500 classes is an incredible fitness accomplishment.

But it's also a celebration of friendships, consistency, encouragement, and the positive impact Aimee has had on the Fit2Live community for more than a decade.

๐ŸŽ‰ Drew is in the 100 Class Club at Fit2Live! ๐ŸŽ‰

Drew first got his start at Fit2Live in May of 2024 with goals that went far beyond just working out.

As a medical researcher, Drew was looking to:
๐Ÿ’ช Build muscle
๐Ÿ”ฅ Improve confidence
๐Ÿค Find community
๐Ÿง  Improve mental health
๐Ÿฅ— Build better nutrition habits

Like many busy professionals, balancing career demands and fitness consistency wasnโ€™t always easy at first.

But since February of this year, Drew has completely turned the corner.

He recommitted to himself, found his rhythm, and has been showing up consistently 3โ€“4 times every single week ever since.

And the momentum has been incredible.

Drew has built more consistency, more confidence, and a stronger routine than ever before. He continues to put in the work week after week and has become an awesome part of the Fit2Live community along the way.

100 classes is a huge milestone and proof of what can happen when you commit to showing up for yourself consistently.

Most people have a pretty good idea of what they should be doing for their health and fitness.

Tonight, Coach Lucy will coach her final classes at Fit2Live at 4:30 and 5:30 p.m.

After five incredible years of coaching, helping our members, crushing workouts, and somehow balancing all of it while earning her PhD, Lucy is officially heading into her next big chapter.

We could not be more proud of her.

Lucy has given a tremendous amount of her time and energy to this community. Even during the busiest seasons of pursuing her PhD, she continued to show up for our members with focus, energy, high standards, and a genuine desire to help everyone around her get better.

If you have taken one of Lucyโ€™s classes, you already know what she brings:

While tonight marks the end of her regular coaching schedule, it is also the beginning of something very exciting. Lucy earned this opportunity, and we know she is going to continue doing big things.

Why would you want to join our 2026 Summer Step challenge?

Here are some reasons from our participants last year:

" Having the step goal has helped me appreciate the smaller moments in the day where Iโ€™m taking a slightly longer route to get to where I need to go. It helps me feel just a little more intentional with my time and action! "

๐ŸŽ‰ Tyler is in the 100 Class Club at Fit2Live! ๐ŸŽ‰

Tyler got his start at Fit2Live in November of 2025 after his girlfriend Jordan brought him to one of our buddy events and showed him just how much fun she was having at the gym.

Safe to sayโ€ฆ he got hooked pretty quickly.

Since joining, Tyler has become incredibly consistent, regularly showing up to class 4โ€“5 times each week and putting in the work with a great attitude.

Outside of the gym, Tyler continues to stay active playing ultimate frisbee, and one of the biggest wins from his training has been being able to continue playing hard while staying injury free and feeling stronger than ever.

Thatโ€™s what functional fitness is all about.

Building strength, durability, conditioning, and resilience that carries over into the activities you love most.

Tyler has done an awesome job building consistency, improving his fitness, and becoming a great part of the Fit2Live community in a short amount of time.

Way to go on hitting the 100 Class Club, Tyler!

๐Ÿ˜ด Over 50% of adults say they're too tired to work out.๐Ÿ˜ด

โ€œIโ€™m too tired to work out.โ€

We hear this all the time.

Between work, kids, family, stress, errands, and life in general, it can feel like there is absolutely nothing left in the tank by the end of the day.

A lot of people are not too tired because they are doing too much fitness.

They are tired because they are stuck in the tired cycle.

You feel tired, so you skip your workout.

Then you move less, sleep worse, feel more stressed, lose momentum, and feel even more tired the next day.

Sound familiar? ๐Ÿ˜…

The goal is not to crush yourself in the gym when you are exhausted.

The goal is to take the next small step that helps you feel better.

Try this:

โœ… Start with 2 workouts per week
Not 6. Not โ€œevery day starting Monday.โ€ Just 2 solid workouts you can actually repeat.

โœ… Pick the easiest time to show up
Morning, lunch, evening, whatever gives you the best chance of following through.

โœ… Lower the intensity if needed
You do not have to destroy yourself to make progress. Some days, showing up and moving well is the win.

โœ… Get around people who help you stay consistent
A coach, a class, a community, and a plan make it much easier to keep going when motivation is low.

โœ… Remember that energy usually comes after you start
You may not feel energized before the workout. But most people feel better after they move.

Even 2 to 3 workouts a week can help:

Boost your energy, improve your mood, clear your head, support better sleep, build momentum.
