In the meantime, we are doing more research into career development for Ph.D.'s/postdocs and trying to identify ways we can help these people get academic and nonacademic R&D jobs. If you are a Ph.D. or postdoc, we'd appreciate it if you could fill out this short survey: https://forms.gle/CTFvNKw8P57dGLjt5
We are also working with companies to help them identify candidates for highly desirable R&D positions. If you are interested in getting contacted by companies with job openings, please specify that in the survey! Thank you for your support!
