The Rock House

Time to wrap this thing up, I guess. We had a fantastic year and are sad that it's over, but we're planning to bring our own special brand of shenanigans to our respective cities (NYC and Chicago), so Rock House will live on in some form. Thanks to everyone who helped us make our year the great one that it was, and props to Rock House 1.0 (Tom Werle, John Ranz, Mike Wohl, Samir Bhatiani, Bill Schmidt) for getting this thing off the ground. See you all around...

Make the most of the time left here at school....today was a sad day at The Rock House. Details to come soon on our final "Full Moon Party" this week!

The Rock House would like to wish everyone a very happy Valentines Day. We would especially like to wish our dear friend and RH "special advisor" Regis Wakefield a happy V-Day. Thanks for keeping us from making even poorer life choices than we already do!

Florida Man Airs Grievances With Festivus Pole In Capitol A beer can-covered pole marking a holiday Seinfeld made popular joins a creche in the state rotunda.

Dear Friends of Rock House.... Festivus is less than 2 weeks away! With that in mind, we wanted to provide some details:

When: Friday, Dec 13th
Where: Rock House (1612 Washtenaw)
Start Time: 9PM
Cost: $5/person

We will have the obligatory Festivus pole (the official pole of the EMU dance team), the airing of grievances (in magic marker on our walls), and feats of strength (jello wrestling???). We will also have beer pong, flip cup, a kick-ass DJ, local celebrity guest appearances, and rage.

Please note that we will be charging $5 at the door to cover the cost of tents, beer/booze, etc. Please also note that none of the proceeds will go to support "The Human Fund."

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Festivus, the attached video should provide a satisfactory explanation.

Upgrade at The Rock House

1 Spot left in the tournament! Who is going to be that last team...?

The Rock House and the BUS are excited to announce that the final rounds of this Saturday's beer pong tournament will be held at Scorekeepers! Doors will open at 8pm and drink specials will be available to attendees. All are welcome, even those who aren't playing in the tournament. Currently, 113 teams have signed up and we are capping it at 128... so if you haven't signed up, get on it ASAP. All participants are required to have a team name and costumes. We will have prizes for the winners, including a hug from Marc Bass. We will even sing the national anthem before the championship match! Get fired up people... this is going to be a great Saturday!

Kegs are tapped. Beach wear is on. Kiddie pool is filled. Suns out. Marco's ready to show off his butt. Come keep summer goin with RH!
