At MOVE, we believe in movement that nourishes the body as much as it strengthens it.
Hosting master trainer Shannon Horn for a week of GYROKINESIS® training gave both new and experienced trainers the opportunity to deepen their practice, expand their understanding of the method, and reconnect to the joy of movement and learning together.
We may be a little tired, but we are incredibly inspired and excited to share this work with our community.
Classes are Mondays at 4:30 pm and Wednesdays at 12:30 pm. Stay tuned for new apprentice classes coming this summer.
Feeling stressed, overstimulated, or exhausted?
Rest & Restore is a new monthly class designed to help your body slow down and reset. ✨
Each 75-minute session includes gentle restorative movement followed by Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation practice known for supporting deep rest and nervous system relaxation.

🧘♀️ Pilates & Stretch is structured with half Mat Pilates and half guided stretching, designed to get you moving while leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. All levels are welcome.
