MSHDA finally announced the effective date for their increased maximum sales price! $224,500 goes away forever on March 31, 2025. There IS a bit of a monkey wrench though. The target implementation day is early May. Stay tuned and I'll let you know exactly when you can start writing those purchase contracts.
