Certified Pre-Owned vs. Used Car

A Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle must undergo an inspection and the dealership must repair/replace anything that doesn't meet the manufactures standard. For example, if tires need replacing, they must be replaced, the price cannot be discounted so it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Also, a CPO will come with a warranty in addition to any remaining factory warranty. A CPO will be more expensive than a regular used car.
