Agency Iowa welcomes Chad Grandon!

Chad Grandon brings nearly 20 years of experience in education to his real estate career, where building relationships, clear communication, and serving others have always been at the center of his work. Raised in Aplington, Iowa, Chad understands the value of community and is proud to now call Ankeny home, where he lives with his fiancé, Rachel, and his daughters, Mia and Ellie.

Chad is passionate about helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence and clarity, and he approaches real estate with the same dedication and integrity that defined his career in education. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him cheering on Mia and Ellie at their latest competition or training for his next ultramarathon.

Shannon Jamtgaard brings a unique edge to real estate — 20 years of corporate recruiting experience that sharpened her ability to truly listen, understand what people need, and match them with the right fit. That same instinct she used to connect talent with opportunity now helps her connect clients with a place to call home.

A proud member of the Ankeny community since 2006, Shannon knows this area deeply — the neighborhoods, the growth, the people. She and her husband Derek are busy, happy parents of three active kids involved in dance and sports, and yes, their beloved Bernedoodle Duchess is very much part of the family too.

Outside of real estate, Shannon is deeply rooted in her faith community — volunteering with student ministry and serving on the worship team at her church. When she's not working, you'll find her cheering on the Hawkeyes, catching a live concert, traveling with family, or simply enjoying quality time with good friends.

If you are like most humans, there were likely times last year where money got tight. Some extra funds in the bank account would have been nice.

Would an extra $5,000 to $20,000 have been useful?

Imagine doing the exact same amount of business last year, but instead of getting paid what you did, you had simply been paid more for the work?

That is what we do here. We allow agents to MAXIMIZE their paychecks by paying every agent 100% of their commission PLUS $100 ALL. YEAR. LONG.

No caps to hit, no hoops to jump through, just better paychecks immediately.

Need an example? Let's take a Century 21 agent who has a 70/30 split with their brokerage. And don't forget about the 6% franchise fee they have to pay first.

Our agent brings in a closing check for $10,000. They get $10,100 deposited into their bank account.

The Century 21 agent brings in a $10,000 paycheck on a 70/30 split, they immediately get 6% removed so corporate gets paid, and then get 70% of what is left. Their bank deposit is for $6580.

$10,100 vs $6,580. Same deal. Same process.

While the above is just an example as some firms pay much better than that, those type of splits ARE happening here locally.

Sadly agents are being lead to believe that this is somehow good for them. We disagree.
