Raised in Aplington, Iowa, Chad understands the value of community and is proud to now call Ankeny home, where he lives with his fiancé, Rachel, and his daughters, Mia and Ellie.

Agents, how did 2025 go for you?
If you are like most humans, there were likely times last year where money got tight. Some extra funds in the bank account would have been nice.

Would an extra $5,000 to $20,000 have been useful?

Imagine doing the exact same amount of business last year, but instead of getting paid what you did, you had simply been paid more for the work?

That is what we do here. We allow agents to MAXIMIZE their paychecks by paying every agent 100% of their commission PLUS $100 ALL. YEAR. LONG.

No caps to hit, no hoops to jump through, just better paychecks immediately.

Need an example? Let's take a Century 21 agent who has a 70/30 split with their brokerage. And don't forget about the 6% franchise fee they have to pay first.

Our agent brings in a closing check for $10,000. They get $10,100 deposited into their bank account.

The Century 21 agent brings in a $10,000 paycheck on a 70/30 split, they immediately get 6% removed so corporate gets paid, and then get 70% of what is left. Their bank deposit is for $6580.

$10,100 vs $6,580. Same deal. Same process.

While the above is just an example as some firms pay much better than that, those type of splits ARE happening here locally.

Sadly agents are being lead to believe that this is somehow good for them. We disagree.
