But here is what most people miss:
ATS systems do not just scan for keywords. They scan for CONTEXT.
Using 'managed' once in a bullet will not register the same as weaving your core competencies throughout the document naturally.
Here is the advanced strategy:
1. Pull the top 8-10 keywords from the job posting
2. Use each naturally 2-3 times across your resume
3. Mirror the exact phrasing, not synonyms
4. Include a Core Competencies section near the top with keyword-rich terms
5. Match your job titles as closely as possible to the role description

Mine would be: Document your wins as they happen. Don't wait until you need a resume to try to remember what you accomplished.
Keep a running 'brag file' - a simple doc where you track results, recognitions, projects, and impact. Quarterly. Every time something notable happens.
Future you will thank present you.
