This week the Forbes Rodman team filed a Petition for Certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States, challenging the denial of Social Security disability benefits to a person who did not have representation at their Social Security hearing. Administrative Law Judges have a duty to develop a fair and full record for disability claimants. They are not allowed to play gotcha games just because the disability claimant does not understand the process. On June 6, 2018, Mr. Forbes participated in Oral Argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Today, Mr. Forbes presented oral argument at the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago on behalf of a person unjustly denied Social Security Disability benefits.

At the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Rodman will be arguing and Mr. Forbes will be assisting.
